The 2017 Nauticstar 227 Xts is currently available from 1 dealer on Searchshop with 1 active listing. Median price is $45,995. This is currently the only model year listed, which gives you a reference point for how the 227 Xts has held value.
Asking prices are tightly clustered, suggesting a stable resale market — there is little room to negotiate based on comparables alone.
The current listing is located in Louisiana; expect a longer drive or shipping if you live elsewhere.
For a 9-year-old 227 Xts, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic who knows the model. Ask specifically about common 2017 model-year issues, verify the title is clean, and assume any "we just replaced…" claim needs paperwork to back it up.
